If you’re like most of us, getting the motivation to exercise can be a challenge. We think rewarding yourself is key to changing your attitude about working out. Maybe a post work out brew would help? That is the idea behind our new event, beer yoga. Every Sunday morning at 10:30 am local yoga instructor, Vanessa Fede, will be leading a 1 hour yoga practice for anyone over 21 that would like to join. The class will be held upstairs during the colder months and continue in our backyard under the windmill in the spring. After the class, hang out and treat yourself to a refreshing 16 oz. pint of draft beer of your choice.
How to Join…
1. Select the class you’d like to attend from our online calendar
2. Purchase your tickets online
3. Arrive 10 minutes early to the yoga class to check in and step up upstairs
4. Make sure to bring your own mat and comfortable workout clothes
These yoga classes are for all levels from beginners to advanced yogis! Vanessa (Nessa) will be there to guide you through your yoga practice and help you reach your goals. Vanessa has had the pleasure of sharing her love for yoga with students in Peru, Costa Rica, Boston and (of course) the Outer Banks. We are excited for her share her passion and a pint with you.
