Beer Yoga
Treat yourself to a relaxing morning yoga session with a tasty brew at Beer Yoga. This weekly class is held on Sunday mornings at 10:30 am with local yoga instructor, Vanessa (Nessa) Fede.
Sunday Beer Yoga will be held upstairs when it is cold and outside when it is warm. Please bring your own yoga mat, as there might not be any extra. This class is for all levels of yoga. No yoga experience is necessary, just an open mind and a love of beer!
