The rivalry between the Tidewater and the OBX comes out in many ways but this was a new one: The Colington Crab Classic.
Two teams, one from the Beach (Brewing Station, Lone Cedar, Coastal Provisions, and OB Epicurian) and one from Hampton Roads (Terrapin, Still, Circia 1918, Patrick Evans) square off in a head to head crab dish cook off! And when the smoke clears it’s Team OBX with the golden crab (or whatever it was) and our own Chef Pok receiving the award for best dish for his fried softshell over sautee mixed spring vegetables and lemon saffron butter.
