From Our Brewmaster
OBBS Brewmaster: Scott Meyer
I like to think of our pub brewery as a kitchen rather than a factory. I never stop experimenting. Every brew is the result of the culmination of everything I’ve learned about brewing to date. Sort of the way a jazz musician approaches music.
Olsch is the only constant, but even there things have changed. Some beers come back by popular demand, so the name comes back, with a general aim at recreating the beer, but then innovation (and necessity), new ingredients, and fresh ideas are incorporated. I’ll be posting on the brewmaster blog on a constant basis, to let you know how it is going at the station.
Such is the luxury of brewing in a beer kitchen rather than a widget factory, I wouldn’t have it any other way. I took some great pictures of the brewing kitchen. Take a look at our brew kitchen photo gallery.
